Tracking numbers are updated within 24 hours of shipping. UPS is our main carrier of choice. Standard UPS Ground shipping throughout the U.S. takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available. Shipping rates are currently $175-$199 to the continental USA. For HI, AK, Canada, or other locations please contact us to calculate shipping. We do not charge for assembly and the price covers shipping cost only. We have shipped hundreds of trikes this year alone and go to great lengths to make sure your trike will arrive safely. We have custom boxes made for most of our trikes to ship in with custom inserts designed to keep things from moving. Some trikes can ship in kit form. Shipping is usually cheaper ($49-$100) and typically arrives in a shorter amount of time. If you purchase a trike as a kit you will need to assemble it or take it to a bike shop to have it assembled. Whenever possible trike kits will be shipped via UPS. Product shipping: All items ordered from our catalog (not included with a trike) are shipped via UPS Ground. We charge a flat $9 for any number of items shipped via UPS Ground to the continental USA. If you need international or non continental (HI and AK) shipping, or would like faster shipping, or shipping via USPS, just let us know. Select One Con-Way Reddaway Schenker UPS USPS Trike Shipping Notes While we will install as much as we can prior to shipping, there are a few things things you may need to do: Inflate your tires - Because of the various elevations your trike may encounter during delivery, we deflate the tires prior to packaging. Adjust your seat - We lean the seat back to fit your trike in the box. Take some time to make sure your trike fits you well. Setup Your Accessories - Some options will require that you do the final assembly (like fairings). Some trikes with larger rear wheels require that the wheel be taken off prior to shipping. Most of our trikes use quick-release skewers so reconnecting the wheel is easy. Note: We do not charge for assembly. We do our best to make sure everything is set up properly and is tuned as much as possible. There are times when things may shift during shipping or minor adjustments may need to be made. We recommend that you learn to make these adjustments yourself. If you are unable to work on your own trike we recommend seeking the services of a competent local bike shop. Since we do not charge you for assembly, we do not offer reimbursement of any kind for trike setup and adjustment issues.
