KMX Kustom Kolor Event
02/05/2012 - To help launch the new Utah Trikes Color Shop, we are offering Free color upgrades on any KMX trike. Krazy huh?!? You can choose from many Kool Kolors, including Orange, Green, Pink, Red, Blue, and Yellow.
So, check out the KMX models and choose your own kustom konfiguration. We'll be posting pictures of the Kustomized KMX's as we build them up.
The FREE color upgrade applies to assembled trikes only, and can be combined with our 18-month 0% interest financing promo.
2012 Catrikes In Stock
02/02/2012 - Catrike has made some changes to their 2012 lineup. With the exception of the Catrike Road all the other models are staying the same, but are getting component upgrades.
Avid BB7 brakes are now standard on all Catrike models, as are the Avid Speed Dial brake levers. With this matched set adjusting your brakes is easier than ever.
Super-Cat chain guard is now included on all models. This model has the Catrike logo on it and looks awesome.
The Expedition get upgraded to 10-speed, 12-36 cassette, TT500 shifters, Elita Triple crank, and SRAM X.9 derailleur for a 30-speed drivetrain!
TerraCycle Sport idlers are standard on all Catrike models. You know we love them.
The price of the Villager and Trail is now $2150. The Road is being replaced by a new model to be shown in March at the Catrike Rally. The Speed and Musashi have been discontinued.
We still have some 2011 models available at discounts.

That’s a $70 value!
Just send in a copy of your warranty registration card along with the receipt and the accessories get mailed right to you.
This applies to any of the TerraTrike models.

TerraTrike Rambler Rainbow Event
10/19/2011 - For a limited time we are offering FREE COLOR UPGRADES on all of our Rambler DL and Rambler IGH trikes. Now you can do more than just add decals to your trike to personalize it the way you want.
Besides the stock Orange and Asparagus Green colors, we are offering the following premium colors: Neon Pink, Bengal Yellow, Bengal Red, Bengal Blue, Black, and RAL 6018 Green. All colors are Tiger Drylac Powder Coat.
The Rambler is the evolution of the TerraTrike lineup and features a high, comfortable seating position with an adjustable seat and adjustable boom.
The Rambler IGH featured Internally Geared Hubs for the lowest maintenance and ease of shifting. With our customizer you can choose the options you want.
The Rambler DL features familiar DeraiLleur shifting. With our DL customizer you can choose affordable wide-gearing options as well as high-performance components.

10/10/2011 - Utah Trikes currently has a limited amount of Greenspeed and Trident folding trikes on sale.
We have a variety of GT-1 and GT-3 Greenspeeds available at a discounted prices and with $9 kit shipping available.
We also have the Trident Spike trikes with $9 kit shipping available.
All these trikes are extremely easy to put together. This promotion is limited to quantity on hand.
Ramblers are HERE!!!
09/16/2011 - Our first shipment of TerraTrike Ramblers has finally arrived. As TerraTrike puts it, the Rambler is the fusion of the Rover and the Cruiser. It is lighter weight than the Rover by about 5 lbs, thanks to its chromoly frame and adjustable aluminum boom.
The Rambler is available in both orange and asparagus green as stock colors.
As far as gearing goes, we are offering the Rambler in two configurations. The Rambler DL and the Rambler IGH. The Rambler DL uses standard derailleurs and shifters and is available with a variety of components as a 9 speed or 27 speed. The Rambler IGH version is available with a variety of Internally Geared Hubs for a more maintenance free experience.
Supplies are currently limited, so gets yours while they last!

Join us at the 2011 Utah Trikes Rally
09/01/2011 - Utah Trikes will be hosting it's 1st annual recumbent rally on the 23rd and 24th of September. There will be lots of events taking place some of which will be Payson canyon 15 mile downhill ride, trike demos, raffles, and much more. All preregistered attendees will get a free t-shirt and goodies. At Utah Trikes we believe in promoting all the products we sell. This event is to promote the use of trikes and to educate the public on parts, their uses, and quality vs. price. We will be providing all trike venders with booths and a spot on the Utah Trikes 2011 Rally t-shirt.

Trident Trikes Have Arrived!
07/01/2011 - Our shipment finally came in and we now have the new Trident Spike in stock. It is the first folding trike that we have seen for $999 and it is awesome. Lightweight, easy to fold, and upgradeable.
We also got some Stowaway 2 and Stowaway 1 trikes in stock with both the 170 and 160mm crank options. These trikes are going to go fast, so if you have been thinking about it you'd better act now.

Come Ride With US
06/27/2011 - On Saturday June 4th Bryce and I (Samuel) did a short ride of about 6.5 miles from Utah Trikes to Payson canyon, South State Street and back to the shop. It was fun even though Bryce left me in the dust on all of the hills. We plan on doing it again on the 2nd of July and want to invite everyone. As we get more riders we will start hosting more rides with longer ride times and longer miles. So swing by and support your local trike and bike market in a short ride with Utah Trikes on the first Saturday of each month starting at 9am.

Big Changes from Big Cat
03/07/2011 - We had the opportunity to spend most of last week with the guys at Big Cat and were able to witness the birth of the newest cats to come off the production line. On Saturday, two new models were revealed. Both models now feature adjustable, folding seats.
The new models have replaced the Catrike Villager and the Catrike Trail and now bear their respective names. The similarities to the previous versions are there with the same seat heights and track widths, while the seats are now adjustable to 5-10 degrees in each direction.
We will have pictures and more details coming soon, with the first of the new trikes arriving within a week or so.
The pricing is a little more than the previous versions, so the Villager is now $1850 for the 9-speed and $1950 for the 27-speed version. The Trail has matching pricing and will now be offered as a 9-speed configuration.
We still have a few of the previous Villagers in stock at the $1650 price.
Join us at the 2011 Catrike Rally
02/01/2011 - Every year Big Cat hosts a rally and offers a factory tour at their facility in Florida. This year the gang from Utah Trikes will be their including Ashley, Bryce, and Matt. We will even be bringing some hot-rodded Cats.
The Rally is on March 5th.

Happy New Year
01/03/2011 - Wow! Another year has come and gone and more people than ever got into recumbent trikes. We'd like to thank all of those that purchased trikes in 2010. It was definitely a banner year for the industry.
We fully anticipate that 2011 will be an even bigger year for triking. We have many new and exciting things coming out this year.
Despite the cold weather here in Utah we know there are still lots of places that have perfect riding temperatures. With that in mind we are offering free shipping on all in-stock trikes from Catrike, KMX, Trident, and Performer. The free shipping expires on January 31st, so act now.
